Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.
During peak times, promotional periods, or holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit period after your order has been dispatched. Actual times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delayed processing or cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact.kavires@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this time.
Delayed Delivery
At KAVIRES, we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always keep you updated and work with carriers to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the courier, KAVIRES is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is lost or stolen:

File a claim directly with the courier company (they may request additional information).

We will also assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. In some cases, we may advise filing a police report. Please note, however, that lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy.
