Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Certain products such as intimate goods, personalized/custom items, or final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
